Toorak College

Visual language & collateral

ABOUT Toorak College

Toorak College is one of the Mornington Peninsula's leading independent education providers for girls. With 140 years of proud history and roots in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Toorak, the College is now located in Mt. Eliza overlooking Port Phillip Bay.

THE project

The development of a visual language (featuring the introduction of the iconic Toorak Red Ribbon) to accompany the client's existing brand look and feel. Upon establishment of the new visual language, all major collateral received an overhaul including the school year book (The Elizabethan) and bi-annual magazine (The Elephant).

SMALL details

The Elephant is named after a wooden building that was transported from the School's original site to it's new home in Mt. Eliza. A school parent was heard to have exclaimed “You are surely not taking that white elephant!”.
